Before you buy
Review the product description, selected plan or duration, requirements and delivery information before placing an order. The cart and checkout show the payable amount and any applied discount.
Secure checkout
Payments are processed by the payment gateway selected at checkout. Kipeck does not ask customers to send payment credentials through chat, email or support messages.
Order records
Your order number, status, payment method and purchased items are recorded in WooCommerce and shown in My Account. Keep your order number when contacting support.
Support when an order has a problem
If an item is not delivered, access details do not work, or the product materially differs from its listing, contact support. We will review the order information and may provide troubleshooting, a replacement or a refund in line with the Refund Policy.
